I walked alone

I WALKED ALONE

I walked alone
Others around yet no one to hold
I walked alone
They reached for me
I walked alone
I held their hands
Yet I still walked alone
He reached out to me
I walked alone
He implored me “don’t walk alone”
I walked alone
I took His hand
I walk with Him
Others now to hold
I walk with Him
He holds our hands
I walk with Him
As He leads us home
